Scent + Meditation Workshop with Get Dreamt - Sunday 26th April

Join us at harvest for a Sunday morning of scent blending and guided meditation.

The store will be closed to the public for the session, creating a private, calm and intentional space. The overall feeling will be one of renewal and new beginnings, in keeping with the energy of spring. 

Create Your Personal Meditation Oil

Katie will guide you through blending your own bespoke oil using a selection of essential oils and botanical extracts. Rather than crafting a traditional perfume, the focus will be on crafting a scent to support meditation and emotional grounding - something you can return to as part of an ongoing personal ritual. You’ll explore aroma intuitively, choosing notes that resonate with how you’d like to feel in the next season.

Each guest will leave with their own personalised oil to take home.

Guided Meditation with Lucia

Once everyone has created their blend, Lucia will lead a grounding meditation incorporating the scents you’ve made.

Lucia is the founder of Get Dreamt and facilitates meditation experiences that are creative, sensory and accessible. Her approach blends guided visualisation, nervous system regulation techniques and seasonal reflection. 

This workshop reflects the energy of spring - a time often associated with fresh perspective and new beginnings - while keeping the focus on steadiness and embodiment. A calm, connected Sunday morning, offering space to pause, reflect and reset.
