Our Sleep Mist is a calming herbal water made from distillation of calming plant oils. Botanical notes of Marjoram and Clary Sage help to sooth your mind, calm anxious thoughts and release the days tensions.
Spritzing our Sleep Mist onto the soles of your feet is a great way to encourage relaxation quicker before bed.
Directions: Spray before bedtime, onto the pillow and soles of feet for the perfect nights sleep.
MAJORAM: calms, relaxes and reduces anxiety and stress.
CLARY SAGE: encourages a better nights sleep.
LAVENDER: promotes relaxation.
YLANG YLANG: helps reduce symptoms of insomnia.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Standard Delivery (1-4 days). Delivery prices begin at £3 and will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, this will be calculated at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch all UK orders the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.
International orders will be sent with either Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Parcel Force, Hermes or DHL on a fully Tracked service. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
