harvest, Meadow and Thyme - A day of scent, flowers and shared food

Spend a day with Sarah Holland of Meadow and Thyme and perfumer Katie Fisher founder of harvest, exploring plants through pressed flowers and botanical scent.

With just twelve guests around the table, this is an intimate gathering with time to learn, experiment and create, guided by Sarah and Katie throughout.

With Katie, you’ll discover the plants and oils at the heart of her work as a perfumer. You’ll spend time with oils and botanical materials, learning about their individual characters and how they come together to create a scent. From the notes you’re drawn to, Katie will help you develop your own perfume blend.

You’ll then use your blend to scent a decoration for your home, incorporating a pressed flower or petal from your time with Sarah. A piece that holds both the flowers and fragrance of the day.

Between making, we’ll gather for a generous seasonal lunch shared around the table. There will be space for conversation, questions and the pleasure of spending time with people who share a love of plants and making by hand.

You’ll leave with your pressed-flower creations, your personally blended botanical decoration and a gift bag from us. 

Your ticket includes the full day with Sarah and Katie, all creative materials, a seasonal lunch and refreshments. No previous experience is needed - just curiosity.
