Burning sage (also known as smudging) is an ancient spiritual ritual. It is one of the oldest and purest methods of cleansing a person or space.

When burnt, our bundle of dried sage can be used for relaxation, focus, combating everyday stress and helping to promote mindfulness.

How to use

Gently light the end of the sage bundle with a candle, match or lighter. Allow to burn for 30 seconds, then carefully blow it out. Move around the space you want to clear allowing the smoke to move around your space.
